How do I open a new transaction?

A new transaction can be opened from Properties.

  1.  Search for a specific property.
  2. Click the "Order Title and Escrow" button.
  3. The New Transaction order form will automatically open with the property information populated.
  4. Complete transaction details and click Submit in upper right corner.
