To view your live location in FirstAm IgniteRE, ensure the location settings for your device and browser are enabled. You can review steps specific to your device to activate location services.
iOS
- Go to Settings
- Select Privacy and Security, then click Location Services
- Next, toggle Location Services On
- Click "Safari Websites" and set to "While Using the App"
Android
For device settings:
- Go to Settings
- Select Location, then toggle on
For Chrome
- To the right of the address bar, tap More (three vertical dots)
- Select Settings, Site Settings, then click Location
- Turn the Location on
