A user needs assistance with registering their EagleID for Transactions portal.

For users who do not already have an EagleID. Click here for click-through demonstration.
1. Accept EULA

- After clicking on "Register your new account now" users will be presented with the End-User License Agreement. Users must accept the terms. Selecting decline with put users into Opt-Out status.
2. Multi-Factor Authentication
- Users will then be prompted to verify their email address and phone number.
- Users are able to click next to verify email address without having to perform multi-factor authentication.
- If the user requests email or phone number update ask:
- Are you able to proceed with the contact information displayed?
- If they are able to proceed through registration advise them to complete registration and update their contact information in the My Account section of the site.
- If they cannot proceed through registration follow the User Info Update KB.
3. Verify Contact Information
- Users are able to edit the spelling of their names here
- Users should verify the accuracy of contact information and make necessary edits before proceeding.
